If Roxy had made a Christmas song, (proper one, not that Dumbells thingy), which era would have made the best effort.

I think Mark II would have done a good effort with Eddie on board and his strings.

However, I go for Mark I Roxy, recorded in the summer of 1973, a parting shot for Eno. More sinister than jolly, think of 'Dreamhome' crossed with 'I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus'. Krampus, (Bryan in disguise), might even make an appearance at the end of the promotional video.

Any thoughts, ideas?

"Bitters End", starting with "at last the Christmas cold cascade" and the Ferry can finish up the rest.
