Some people may have heard the Artist Jeremy Deller proclaiming his love for Roxy Music on Desert Island discs .. Today I discovered in an article about his exhibition in Copenhagen that his dedication went even further - one of the pieces includes a handwritten note calling Roxy Music a “highpoint of Western civilization”.

Also in 2008 Deller made a print of an old Roxy Music poster for the Whitechapel Gallery - A link between the Gallery and Roxy being that Richard Hamilton had his 'This is tomorrow' exhibition in that space .
