Do you remember Deaf School?.

Liverpool band. Mid-Seventies. Strong Roxy influence on their sound and image. Bette Bright sang.
They have been performing again recently.

Anyone seen them, past or present?

Saw Deaf School back in 1977/78 at the Roundhouse in London.
Actually the first band on were the Pirates, but don't remember too much about them.
Deaf School were a great live band and had a huge variety of songs.
Have been listening to them alot recently, 1st 2 albums are great. They only made 3 albums.
Saw they were doing a couple of concerts, but being out in Geneva I couldn't get over to see them, but would like to get that opportunity again if they decide to tour again.

Cheers and thanks again.

Anyone living in Liverpool to recommand some hotspots there, or what do, except for basic Cavern Club, and The Beatles homes..(?)

I have not been there for a while but "The Beatles Story" museum in The Albert Dock was excellent and well worth a trip. In fact, there are quite a few attractions round about The Albert Dock alone.

Thank you very much, most kind!

For football-fans out there, me ignorant forgot to mention Anfield or Goodison Park.. no visit to Merseyside without The Blues or The Reds.. (isn't that their nicknames?)

Great to hear that you are from Liverpool. Have you been to the Cavern? Did you see Deaf School live?

I've never heard of Deaf School before but look forward to finding out more about them.
:D
