Hello Viva Roxy Music !
My name is Miranda and I am writing from Bad Little Cook Films. We are currently in production on an extended version of our 2010 short film on Graham Simpson featuring the Super 8 footage and black and white still photography of Graham by Sara Cook.

Nothing But The Magnificent:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2crIrmkE2MAs most of you will know by now, Graham Simpson sadly passed away in 2012 however we are making the film in his memory and to celebrate his time with Roxy Music.
In fact - back in 2010, VivaRoxy played a big part in initially getting the documentary on track - enabling meetings and connections that might never have happened otherwise. We have in fact been working closely with it's fabulous founder Mr John O'Brien on the film.
And so it is again through this forum that we would like to spark up interest the film, help promote it and maybe even revisit some of the Roxy fans who spoke so kindly about Graham (and find new ones!)
We want to document Graham's disappearance and subsequent discovery and speaking to Roxy Music fans - either on or off camera - can help us build a picture of how appreciated this man and his bass playing was then and now, 40 years later.
We read Graham the many kind words you posted about him - and they touched him more than you will know. We would like to hear more so that we can include them in the film in either an audio montage or an interview - it all depends on our budget and schedule.
We would also really love to hear from Roxy fans who may have any lost footage or photography of Graham or the early days when he played with The Gas Board or Roxy Music in Newcastle or London.
Viva film!
Look forward to hearing from you -
