Not many Spedding interviews around (he seems to be a man of few words) and this one's quite a good one... https://glidemagazine.com/182332/guitar ... interview/ |

Thx for sharing this Spedding article. As you said not a lot out there. Was certainly hoping that BF would do Love Me Madly Again featuring Chris S. I will be at upstate NY this week for the show. Looks like a Roxy dominant set list with a few solo items. Tokyo Joe being a recent addition. Amazing with 20+ Roxy songs, Stranded is totally ignored. |

They've definitely rehearsed LMMA, so it'll presumably enter the setlist eventually; perhaps you'll get lucky! I've never understood why BF has referred to IYM as his least favourite album; I think it should be played in its entirety and with strings, but I don't suppose that will ever happen... |

He probably realised that he tried to sell his soul to the USA market and it has bitter memories. |

This is a great read, thanks for posting it. Interviewer and interviewee seemed to mesh well, which is always a plus. Really sad to read about the decline/demise of session players/session playing, though. |
