So the 1974 RAH concert "may hopefully see the light of day sometime in the new year". Hmmm. That doesn't fill me with great optimism. Surely it could have been released to coincide with June's return to the RAH? They were working on it 2 to 3 years ago and its release was expected shortly afterwards.

I can't help feeling that someone should take charge of the commercial "exploitation" (for want of a better word) of the archive material, both for Roxy and Ferry. If someone is already doing it then they don't seem to be making much headway. Perhaps the Ferry seal of approval before release is as always proving to be the stumbling block?

Merci Robertron et Uwe!

Au contraire; I find this "interview" quite interesting. Wonder what books he is talking about. Of course we know he is a man of taste & culture already. Nice that he mentioned his "beautiful garden". I am lucky to have one as well.
Hope that someone will post a decent take of Don't want to know.

Saluttions à tous!

Hipsters,

Windswept is in complete harmony with the great ‘Oberon’ and finds this tres interresant and is proof positive that real aficionados have more interesting questions than many journos.
Indeed, W2 lui-meme would have loved to have posed a couple.

Perhaps J O’B could arrange for haunted Of this hallowed cyber Hall to have their own Q&A ?

In any event, we learned good stuff.

Books are on the way and the RAH album is still en route. There is much to be excited about.

Keep Ferrying On et salutations a tous.

Windswept

Thank you for posting the link.

Gracious, and funny to boot (an often understated aspect of the Ferry persona).

Cheers
