Add in some BF vocals to Blue Skies and you have a Roxy Music track.
And it would be a pretty good one at that!!!
If PM and AM and TGPT could create a backing track like this in the post-Covid era, what could they have done back in 2005-06 when they were in the studio working on the Roxy album? Just wondering... DC

Mes Amis, W2 is unpersuaded - he will keep his powder dry until he hears the full album. Great title though AM:PM Salutations a tous, Windswept.

There are attempts at wry solo spots. Do you concur?

It's definitely intriguing. Not entirely sure why, but it brings to mind the remix of 'Always Unknowing' that came out a few years back. There's a nice groove going there, that gets better with each listen.

So yer positive. I think you know who you are when yer reading this. I myself would have loved some vocals, and not just any vocals. I expect more of an album today. Btw, I gave my ol` cassette recording of "Rumours" by Fleetwood Mac a spin this night. Quite a checkered album I have to admit. Sheer pop songs are mixed with more deep tracks half and half. No doubt which ones I prefer. On top of that, my ol` TEAC A-103 Stereo Cassette Deck exploded with a bang, and smoke and a smell of burnt came out of it. Who knows if it still works?

The autumn vinyl (re)issues continue! As well as "AM.PM", The Players' "Christmas" and a vinyl debut for "Roxymphony", there will be a 3LP set with Tim Finn (their two albums plus a third disc of previously unreleased material): https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tim-Finn-Phil- ... 125&sr=1-1
