I just belatedly added this CD to my AM collection, having found it on Amazon for the princely sum of 1p (plus £1.26 postage)! :D

I believe the film was a fictional acount of a glam rock band and the soundtrack includes both original recordings (incl. Virginia Plain & Eno's Needles In The Camel's Eye) and newly recorded music.

That "new" music includes five tracks by a band dubbed Venus In Furs, which included Andy. Those tracks include 2HB, Ladytron, Bitter-Sweet (all three feature vocals by Thom Yorke), Eno's Baby's On Fire & Cockney Rebel's Tumbling Down. Andy also contributes to a cover of Bitter's End.

All good fun and well worth a listen if you missed it too...

Andy's sax work on 'Bitters End' is vintage, worth owning for that alone!
