It's funny this Setlist thing.
I was lucky enough to be at the Cape Town show.
I was also dreading a lack of setlist change.
However I loved every minute of almost every song.
It was great.
Chris Spedding could do with an additional guitarist to fill in some gaps. Other than that I was a happy punter.

Cher Trypitch,
Completely understandable - all Ferry is good Ferry but how many times have you seen this particular show ?

A lot of the comments on this forum remind me of Animal Farm when it comes to fans (some are more equal than others). Perhaps you and Roxy could define a "true" RM and BF fan ie one that wouldn't bother him at an airport or has the right to an opinion on this forum. Is it a person who has no life outside of all thing BF?

I'm sorry Roger but I am unable to help solve your definition conundrum as I'm not familiar with the term "true RM & BF fan", it is not one I use myself.

I started this 2019 Tour Review thread as an easy "go to" thread for members here who might wish to quickly find the reviews in one place should they wish to see them without having to wade through several threads. Having a very busy life outside of my interest in RM/BF it is the sort of thing I myself would appreciate.

Oh dear, Roxy! You are being given a much tougher time than you deserve on this thread.

For the record, I, for one, am grateful to you for putting in the time and effort to track down and post so many reviews that would otherwise have passed me by. Many thanks, it is much appreciated though here at Avondale Towers.

I'm not sure, it's been the same tour for so long!!(that is not a criticism).
I was in Oxford & Birmingham last year and I will be at RAH this year (I'm not expecting a change of set list).
So I think I'm with most on here that I would love a change of set list. But, I choose to pay my money and I take what I'm given and do not spoil it for myself by moaning and wishing for something different. My choice of course.
I wish I'd seen Bolan more than once and could still see Bowie. But I can't.
I can still see one (and more) of my hero's live so I will and love the majority of it.

Chers amis!

Roxy, merci mille fois! Great reviews and fantastic photos.

Et à Tryptich, mais oui, tu as raison! In your humble way you nail what it is all about; we should be so happy that our hero is healthy and strong enough to tour year after year with his excellent band which is getting close to perfection. And I believe we will have a couple of changes of the set list when they come to Europe. !Viva BF!
Salutations à tous!

Hipsters,
The photos are excellent but the set is exactly the same (including our hero’s jacket) as the last three years.
We are truly in a ‘Groundhog ‘ situation.
The set lists for Japan aren’t posted but here’s hoping for an ‘All New Show For Europe ‘.
Salutations,
W2
