Rob Ayling
He is credited as being the label consultant on the Christmas album. Rob created Voiceprint which is widely recognized as one of the fastest-growing independent record labels in the UK. Resurgence, Blueprint and Voiceprint are three of the labels established under the Voiceprint Group including such well known artists as Steve Howe, the extraordinary guitarist from Yes, John Wetton, John Martyn, Rupert Hine, Hawkwind and many others.
The primary musical focus has been on progressive rock, with releases by Asia, Ultravox, John Wetton (King Crimson), Bill Nelson (Be Bop Deluxe), Anthony Phillips (Genesis), Pete Sinfield, The Fall, Gong, Man, Soft Machine, National Health, Robert Wyatt, Tangerine Dream, Atomic Rooster and many more. These diverse groups also feature Folk releases by Fairport Convention, John Martyn and Claire Hamill; jazz releases by Keith and Julie Tippets, Annie Whitehead, John Etheridge, Elton Dean/Hugh Hopper; and hard rock releases from Ian Gillan, Stray and many other genres as well.
