Sally Feldman
Sally Feldman is credited with the sleeve for 'Manifesto'.
Sally Feldman, now living in Sydney, Australia, was asked to paint the faces of the shop window mannequins, hired from Adel Rootstein in London's Shawfield Street, where she was employed. Sally worked on site in the photographer's studio with Bryan Ferry et al (including two - live - models who were twins) painting the mannequins with oil paint for the sleeve of the Manifesto album.
Since then, my career path has rather branched out, and I'm now a freelance writer and editor. Met Bryan and found him interested and delightful to speak with. He seemed most interested in what I was doing, as he was, of course, something of an artist himself.
